Do you work with furry/anthro/techy/mech/armor designs?
What is iPhone ARKit?
We usually highly recommend iPhone ARKit tracking as it significantly enhances the quality of the tracking. To see a visual comparison, check out our tweet! However, in both videos, iPhone is used to track face. Basic tracking (no ARKit) can look better with a microphone, which we didn't use in the video.
Basic tracking blendshapes consist of vowels (AEIOU) and blinks, while iPhone ARKit consists of 52 blendshapes for detailed facial motions, including cheek puff and tongue out.
Can iPhone ARKit work without an iPhone?
Yes, ARKit tracking can also be achieved using a webcam. Both VNyan and Warudo support webcam-based ARKit tracking. While it offers more motion than basic tracking, some features like cheek puff and tongue-out tracking are unavailable without an iPhone.
What formats for my 3D model should I pick?
The format depends on how you plan to use the model. Here’s an overview of the formats we offer:
- VRChat: VRChat format is needed only in VRChat, a social VR platform where users can interact in virtual environments. VRChat supports VR headsets (like Meta Quest, HTC Vive, and Valve Index) but can also be accessed on a standard PC without VR equipment. If you don’t plan to use VRChat, you don't need VRChat conversion;
- VRM: VRM format is a standardized 3D file format for VTuber models. It's accepted by applications like VSeeFace, VNyan, Warudo, and many more. It also can be imported into some games. The con of this format is that it doesn't have much customization ability. For example, it doesn't allow custom shaders;
- VSFAvatar: VSFAvatar format can be used in VSeeFace and VNyan. VSFAvatar is not supported by Warudo. It is not a standardized format. VSFAvatar format is very similar to the VRM format, but it can have custom shaders, animations (for ears, wings, etc), and many more;
- Warudo: Warudo format is supported only by Warudo. It is not a standardized format. The Warudo format is very similar to the VRM format. But it can have custom shaders, animations (for ears, wings, etc), and many more

How many revisions can I request?
Revisions are welcome within reason! We recommend requesting mesh revisions before the texturing phase, as changes during or after texturing can require starting over.
- After rigging, only minor fixes and modifications can be made.
- Additional revisions beyond the standard scope may incur extra costs.
Do you accept payment plans?
Yes, we do! Our standard plan is 50% upfront and the remainder upon completion, but we’re flexible. Payment plans can include bi-weekly or monthly installments after a prepayment. Let us know what works best for you!
Do you create outfits for already-existing 3D models?
Yes, of course!
